Cancellation Terms
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refund & Return Policy
Important: Please ensure to record an unpacking / unboxing video while opening your package. Without this video, we will not be able to process any damage claims.
- Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid any damage or defects.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong product was sent which rarely happens.
If You Receive A Damaged / Defective Product
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Send clear images of the damaged item along with the unboxing video to:

- We'll raise the return pickup of the product. Please pack it back carefully & keep it ready for the pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process a replacement or refund if there are no damages.
- If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–12 days.
We will not be able to process any return or exchange requests if:
- You do not notify us within 24 hours.
- The unboxing video is missing.
- The product is found to be tampered with or used.
For International Orders
We do not accept returns for international shipments under any circumstances.
If a product is damaged beyond repair, a return may be considered — but return shipping costs will not be covered by us.
