Please Note
Earring back stems often come slightly bent from the factory, as they tend to get damaged during transit. They can be straightened manually with ease. This is not considered a product defect.
Stones or beads falling out cannot be considered damage, as they can be re-fixed easily. This is a natural characteristic of handcrafted jewellery.
For every lot we receive from our manufacturing unit, there may sometimes be slight variations in the design of necklaces, earrings, and other pieces. These minor differences are part of the artisanal nature of our products.
