Are your products real gold/silver or imitation?
Our pieces are premium imitation jewellery, crafted with a high-quality polish that gives the look and finish of real gold — at a fraction of the cost.
Will the jewellery turn black or fade?
No, if stored and handled properly. Always store in ziplock covers and avoid contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals. Check our Care Guide for full tips.
Is your jewellery lightweight or heavy?
Except for a few grand bridal designs, most of our jewellery is lightweight and very comfortable for all-day wear.
Are your products skin-friendly?
Yes, we use only high-quality materials. We've never received complaints about skin reactions from our customers.
Do you provide customization?
We can make small changes like bead colour replacement on select products, at an additional cost. Contact us on WhatsApp for details.

How can I place an order?
Browse through our categories, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout — or simply tap "Buy Now" on any product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and popular Wallets for a smooth and secure checkout experience.
Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order. Best price is guaranteed even on single products — no gimmicks!
Do you have COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid via UPI, Card, or Net Banking.

What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days in India, and 4–8 days for international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS/Email depending on the courier used for your shipment.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can add gift wrapping on the cart page before checkout — perfect for birthdays, weddings, and festive gifting.
Returns, Exchanges & Damages
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details before placing your order.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please record an unboxing video and contact us via Email or WhatsApp at +91 98431 20840 within 24 hours of delivery. We'll resolve it promptly.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your cart carefully before confirming your purchase.

How do I take care of my jewellery?
Always store in ziplock covers, and avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals. Remove before bathing, swimming, or applying skincare products.
How do I clean imitation jewellery?
Gently wipe with a dry, soft cotton cloth after each wear. Do not use chemicals or liquids — this preserves the gold plating for longer.
How do I know my bangle or ring size?
We have a detailed Bangle Size Chart on every bangle product page. Most rings and nose pins are adjustable to fit comfortably without needing a specific size.
Do you provide adjustable jewellery?
Yes, most of our rings and nose pins are adjustable and designed to fit comfortably for all hand sizes.
